About me

I’m a certified Yoga teacher with over 1000 hours of teaching experience, originally trained as a dancer and later in Pilates. I specialize in alignment-based movement for active and busy individuals who want to feel strong, mobile, and confident in their bodies.

Through private 1–1 sessions, I help you understand how your body moves, whether you spend long hours at a desk, train regularly, or are experiencing tension or imbalance.

Each session is tailored to your needs, blending strength, mobility, and breath to improve posture, prevent injury, and support your body in handling daily demands with ease.

My teaching is precise and intentional, rooted in a deep understanding of alignment and body mechanics, designed to help you move better, feel balanced, and build strength and stability that lasts.
